Do you have a faith?

In this twenty-first century, people are finding out that who or what they had put their faith in has let them down. Men and women are searching for something that really works, and something they can rely on that will not fail them.

In so many ways people find themselves let down. They depend on promises that are not kept, prospects that suddenly fade, or a trust that has proved to be misplaced. In short, a sense of being let down.

Perhaps you are one of those people searching for a faith that really works and will not let you down, and that helps in life’s troubles and trials.

But to whom can you turn?

Surely to none better than He who upholds the universe; He who has created all things and by Whom all things consist. This almighty, all-powerful God is One who has never failed to keep a promise and never will fail. (2 Corinthians 1 verse 20).

God’s love for us was so great that He sent His only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, into this world to bear the punishment for our sins on the cross at Calvary. Through the shedding of His blood, we can be redeemed back to God. All we have to do is put our faith in Him, ask for His forgiveness, and yield ourselves over to Him (John 3 verse 16). Then we will find and experience a faith that works.

Will it really work?

Put simply yes, because when we put our faith in Jesus Christ, He is far greater than ourselves, and has the power to uphold us, and He has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” All who put their trust in Him, He will one day receive into the eternal blessings of Heaven, to be forever with Him there.

Do you want a Faith That Works?

Then why not today, trust Him for your soul's salvation, for succour, for security. Remembering that God is a faithful God who cannot lie. (Hebrews 6 verse 18).

“this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith”. (1 John 5 verse 4).
